He Had a chance of Taking the Penalty...he obviously refused.... Not the first time hes refused a penalty either.

Ridiculous to make a story over this. It’s a motorway, for god’s sake. Unnecessary upgrading mean that you have to crawl along for no apparent reason. There seem to be just a handful of people doing any work. The authorities would be better deployed trying to catch the culprits who are covering the newly installed structures with graffiti. It really does look a terrible mess.

He need not appear in court. If he pleads guilty, he can do that by letter.

Due to his many injuries he has lost some pace once of a day it would have been 70mph.
