Supporter Liaison Officer

Has the person filling this role also left the club? According to the club customer charter an acknowledgement of receipt of an email is due within 5 working days of receipt. There's just been an eerie silence. Is the grinning affable persona of Mr Pace and his 'aw shucks' demeanour a facade?

It took her about 10 months to reply to my previous email, it was only when i emailed again that she eventually replied.

I’m sure there’s a simple answer to the question, all enquiries to a Mr Pace ..if he’s still there that is.

I've sent 3 emails. Numbers 2 and 3 refering to the previous. It's almost as if we don't count.

The worrying thing about Darren Bentley leaving is that he's the one person that has been consistently responsive and customer focused.

Always been quick to reply and helpful in my experience. As was her predecessors

As posted earlier they are recruiting for someone to take over the liaison role. Id have fancied it myself but for a number of specialist requirements

Not quite. The new position will be above the SLO.
