Tickets help
Hopefully some kind soul will be able to answer the following:-
My old man can’t go on Saturday to the Arsenal game. Would a junior be able to get in on an over 65s ticket? If not, is there a way of exchanging the season ticket so that they can?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Re: Tickets help
Think it is only an adult using a child ticket that isn't accepted. Double check though if possible.

Re: Tickets help
I think it does come up as "over 65" on the screen of the gate operator (I know mine says adult so assume it would say the age category)
Ring the ticket office and ask its always the best policy ....

Thanks for the responses so far. Has anyone got specific information or done something like this previously?

Re: Tickets help
The info is tucked away somewhere in a difficult part of the club site but it's this link below. Halfway down, but it only says to contact the ticket office.

Thanks chaps.
Re: Tickets help
I once bought a youth ticket off a Burnley fan, outside Craven Cottage. Couldn't get a ticket as gobbled up by all those who come out of the woodwork!
Used that ok.
If you hold it and do your own scan, there can be no issue.
Re: Tickets help
I rang the ticket office and they are happy to do the swap. Very good of them.

Always good to hear good news about our ticket office ... instead of the negative comments that appear on here (for one reason or another)
I am glad to hear you're sorted ft

Re: Tickets help
Congratulations on getting through to the office, I called in this morning for 2 tickets for the Rochdale match only to find when I got home only 1 had been printed, several unanswered calls two messages left but still no contact. Agree that usually the tkt office is brilliant and hopefully today was a one off
Re: Tickets help
Why did you not buy your Rochdale tickets online and upload them to your season ticket?claretgimmer wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 7:44 pmCongratulations on getting through to the office, I called in this morning for 2 tickets for the Rochdale match only to find when I got home only 1 had been printed, several unanswered calls two messages left but still no contact. Re: Tickets help
Called at the office today and as you say it`s on the Team Card, I have to hold my hand up as it was me who got it wrong, I wrongly assumed as I was buying the tkts after the ST period was over I would be issued a tkt, one day I may get a full grasp of the system, then they will probably change it.

Re: Tickets help
I’ve just purchased a ticket online for my nephew, do you use the qr code to enter the stadium?
