I think they need to appoint someone to administrate the administrators. All them months, back ground checks, due diligence, and they opt for somebody who doesn't have the money. It would leave Derby, if they survive and don't recruit, with just three pros and a bunch of kids and that wouldn't be allowed under EFL regs.
Isn’t it an Administrators priority to act to save companies or entities as best they can. Seems highly ironic that they expect creditors to take a hit, or full loss, but they themselves should be immune from their own short comings. The trouble is that if administrators aren't guaranteed payment there is little incentive to carry out those insolvencies where there aren't loads of funds.
