I read earlier this week that he cancelled a speaking engagement due to illness, sad news. Iconic British TV character on Only Fools and Horses.

Yes I'd also read about him cancelling some public appearances, but I had no idea his health was so bad.
A great comic actor, and a vital cog in the OFAH success.

Another one of the Only Fools and Horses greats passes. I won't listen to anybody who doesn't think OFAH is the best comedy of all time. RIP.

Interesting back story John Challis had as well, and although he'll always be known as Boycie, he was also in several other big tv productions.
