Music 2:55
What is that awful din that's played when the teams come out at five to three?

YES.....really terrible. Sorry to lose the previous walk out music which was Arcade Fire's excellent Wake Up. This new stuff is bloody awful.

If it wasn't so ear shattering, it could almost be described as a dirge.
Dreadful stuff.

Not sure what it was and it wasn't particularly amazing but it is a hell of an improvement over Arcade Fire. That really is a dirge. Almost a funeral march like procession to the halfway line. Glad to be rid of that at last.Juan Tanamera wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 6:17 pmIf it wasn't so ear shattering, it could almost be described as a dirge.

I recommend Sirius by the Alan Parsons Project to be played as the players assemble on the pitch b4 kick off.
I’ve always thought the music choices at the ground to be dreadful, just someone else’s pet tunes.

My suggestion would be this.

Love the brooding sense of imminent peril.

What about Tom Hark, that would get the crowd going.

How about the crowd singing No Nay Never?
