I wondered if that company was related to Tangerine Foods who have a history of H&S breaches. In one such case a worker was caught up in machinery and was killed. They were prosecuted and appealed the conviction but the appeal was denied on the grounds of reasonable foreseeability in 2011. Definitely NOT the same company Chobulous. Tangerine Holdings are involved in animal feed, vitamins, supplements. It happened, the contractor in question at the time did a lot of work for football clubs.
