Great interview, fascinating listening & what a genuine nice bloke he is.

The "god priest" used to post on this board (or maybe the other one?) as Alex the Anglican and he does other hilarious and very irreverent you tube stuff with his vicar mate Chris. He's a sound guy and huge Clarets fan who became a vicar after a various previous "careers" including script writing for TV comedy shows. (Which isn't surprising when you see some of the stuff he posts!)

Winston and George Oghani gave us rare flashes of quality in the period after the nadir of 86/87. Technically the best footballer at the club, he did have a celebrated tendency to go round in circles and was probably too good for some of his team-mates. Scored some good goals and certainly kept us entertained if at times frustrated!

Great, I love Winny.

I just hope that he never ever has any influence at Burnley or indeed anywhere in football regarding any racism or perceived racism, considering his extreme thoughts on tackling it.

The fact that he says that the only racism he received from anyone associated with Burnley was when he left, but that was more to do with the fact that he left, more than it was to do with racism (his words).

Someone finally understanding that name calling has been around forever, but doesn't understand the contradiction.

Great to hear from a very articulate Winston White.
'Invented the crop circle ' made me laugh.

Spoke very well of his time with Burnley and the fans and that is always good to hear.

He was good at that time!
Didn't we sell him to WBA for £50k?

Steven Defour did much the same with his twists and turns, until the right moment presented itself!
