You obviously have no idea about the system and how it works with that ridiculous comment.
Oh, I know the system very well and a decent solicitor would be pushing the police, complaining, asking what was being done etc etc.
I agree it was easier when it was part 4 bail suspects were released under, but please don't say there is nothing a solicitor would do if investigations were going on for over 12 months.

Pushing the police. Complaints. Asking what was being done. Do you not think we try that. ffs. Again, you don't know the system if you need to put this argument to me. Stop googling matters please.

Sorry but i don't trust you. I have had clients on RUI for well over a year before the police have even started to investigate the matter. No confidence in you whatsoever. Then at the last minute you try and throw a case together which inevitably gets thrown out. You might be able to blag other users on here but unfortunately not me.
Your comments say more about you, than me.
I’ve met some super defence lawyers over the years. I’ve met many that have worked on both sides. Thoroughly decent people who believe in our criminal justice system.
I’ve only had issues with 1 or 2 in over 15 years.
It would appear you would be one of those 1 or 2.

If you were in any doubt whatsoever based on his previous posting record that a defence solicitor was the perfect job for PPP then this thread will have cleared that up for you.

Hopefully the recent changes means that people aren't RUI for a year plus, which seemingly benefits no one.

I’ve tried to read this thread but it went a bit weird with people arguing
Anyway, feel sorry for the bloke done, but you cannot go tear arsing it about in your 4x4. He knocked the scrotes off, but equally he could have hit a car with a child in.
The scrotes should have gone down, but the clown tearing about in a car should Also be punished…..not for hitting them though

I’m glad I’m not a criminal.
Defence lawyers seem a right set of c.u.n.t.s

As a Solicitor why is he not going against you for libel
That's of course if your comments are not true.

Prison isn’t going to be much fun for him if his fellow inmates have watched that…

Your job to prove it's true. Very very unlikely online as people have hacked accounts.

Last night's episode.
The police calling the young girl a victim whilst investigating the matter throughout. You are meant to be independent investigators. You are meant to be impartial. She is a complainant until he either pleads guilty or is found guilty after a trial. The officers need further training.

Needs putting to bed, there are a number of current and retired criminal solicitors that post on this board.
Not one has pulled ppp up for not being a solicitor, one's post was deleted straight after krsclaret's post which again confirmed that his law related comments are usually correct, even if not supporting the way he/she chooses to post them.
