Re: Shareholders' letter
Am I correct in thinking that if the former shareholders don’t receive their payment by the end of Jan that the shares get transferred to Mike G and John B?

Re: Shareholders' letter
When is the usual early bird renewal cut off date period for season tickets renewals? I am expecting (maybe now hoping!) to use the points, rather than cash, to pay for this. Be annoyed if the delays prevent this ……

I’ve been predicting the delay could stop us using the credit for next seasons Season Ticket. Will be more than annoyed if it does.

Feels like they are deliberately delaying this. Bit of a pisstake tbh

Re: Shareholders' letter
I'm starting to get concerned by this, cash flow problems?
Not paying out for shares and also not losing season ticket sales revenue would save them a significant amount, at least in the short term.

Will be paid in March - if no further delays then yes it will but it’s been put back twice already from original payment date of 14th Dec.arise_sir_charge wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 10:14 pmSo as it stands money will be paid prior to any early bird period ending?

Can’t imagine for a minute they will purposely **** season ticket holders off. Whatever happens there will be a solution in place.
People think of problems and get angry about them before they exist.

We (Earby Clarets Supporters) are sponsoring the Aston Villa game. The invoice was due to be paid in January but the club have confirmed we will be able to use our credit as and when it comes through so I am sure any other credits will be applied in the same way.

Re: Shareholders' letter
I’ve received nothing from the club since dropping my pack off at reception prior to closing deadline. I phoned up and was told if I’d provided bank details all would be ok and payments would be made in next week or week after (end of January basically) No emails received as claret Tony states he has!!!!
Poor communication from the club. Or is it Alan who is overseeing this and he’s been busy in Croatia?

Re: Shareholders' letter
I’ve finally got an email from the club at the weekend. Stating an administrative error was the reason I didn’t get all the details. The document I need to sign was included. But only giving me 7 days to return them. I’ve scanned an emailed, as well as posted the hard copies. Hope they except it, it’s going to take about 10 days from here.

Does anyone know if the promised November 2021 start for the facility to trading shares in the club via Asset Match actually happened? or is that being delayed until after the CVHL purchase is finalised?

Re: Shareholders' letter
I'd just like to add that I received an email a few days ago stating that an item was missing within the 'sales paperwork'
I knew that I had signed and returned all the necessary forms by hand well before the original cut off date but made the mistake of not asking for a receipt.
However, today I printed, signed and returned said forms again by hand to reception to be told this had happened to quite a few people.
This time I got a receipt and emailed a copy to the club.
Amazingly, I received a reply within minutes stating they now had everything they needed.

I didn't include sort code as it wasn't requested but sent my swift code as requested.jos wrote: ↑Tue Nov 02, 2021 7:34 pmA SWIFT code (or SWIFTBIC, as it's sometimes known) is a code that helps overseas banks identify which bank to send money to. For example, if an overseas bank is sending to a payment to your Barclays UK account, they'll need to know our SWIFT code: BUKBGB22.
They seem to have omitted the ‘sort code’ field, I’d include it though.
I've received an email tonight stating that I omitted my sort code & have until the 25th February to send it in or I will be issued with a cheque...
