Anyone know the rational behind being advised to phone a premium line number for any online ticket issues ?

Just noticed that I have racked up £7.50 in charges in a futile attempt to buy tickets for the Spurs game because couldn't sign-on online.

Doesn't appear that anyone actually answers when you call this number which makes it even more annoying.

Do we still have that 0844 number?

I'd try phoning the ticket office and if you don't get an answer then email them.

Well if that is the case and they have stopped using an 0844 number (which was never approapriate in the first place) then someone should think of removing the advice to call the number from the club's website.

It was the ticket office that I was trying to phone or so I thought.

It was never an 0844 number for info, that had remained 01282. I thought the 0844 was to enable calls to be directed to TicketZone which we no longer use.

Nothing surprises me with the club website but it was the 01282 number when I looked it up today but there is every likelihood the 0844 number has been left on there on another page.

And when you contact the ticket office ask for your £7.50 back as well, it bloody appalling. What’s Pace doing these days, does he know what’s actually going on?

I've just now done a search for "0844" on the new Ticketing website

The most recent webpage which includes this search term is the 5 March 2020 "Frozen Early Bird Season Ticket Deadline.."

It includes the text:

"2020/2021 new buyers

If you don't have a 2019/20 season ticket but would like to purchase for the 2020/2021 season then now is the time to do so. Guarantee your seat for the new season for all home league matches at the lowest possible price. New season tickets can be purchased online, at the Turf Moor ticket office, or over the phone on 0844 807 1882."

All the other results are 2019 and earlier.

It just highlights how dreadful communication is with supporters now and I'm not pointing fingers at the ticket office here who are doing a damn good job in increasingly trying circumstances.

I apologise, just found this on the ticketing website if you are having problems.

"Please call the ticket offcie on 0844 807 1882"

Although I'm not sure what an offcie is

Paul .. the issue was that I was having a problem buying the tickets online .. therefore I clicked on the Tickets Drop down list to find a number to call ..
it was here that the 0844 number is displayed .. not sure why you search has not picked up the number ..
