Seven changes I think to the team tonight which is:

Sam Waller, Ethen Vaughan, Harry Williams, Jake Rooney, Calen Gallagher-Allison, Ne-Jai Tucker, Ben Woods, Mark Helm, Dara Costelloe, Max Thompson, Sam Unwin. Subs: Charlie Casper, Jacob Bedeau, Owen Dodgson, Michael Mellon, Joe McGlynn.

Penalty to Peterborough for an almost identical challenge by our keeper to the one on Vydra in the Norrwich game. 0 1 to Posh!

Just seen an incident almost identical to the Vydra one against Norwich, penalty given against our keeper. Oops, just seen other post :D

Watching on TV using youtube app ... not a bad picture 🙂

Its a pity about the penalty ... considering what happened to Vyds in almost identical circumstances the other week and not given ...

Very slow on the left side of defence for that Posh goal, 1-2 now.

Not at our best.
hard to understand the change of formation considering how well we've been doing recently.
Thomas and Bedeau, neither selected, look far better than the 3 CBs on the pitch tonight (IMO, of course)

Should never have allowed their player to get into the ball so easily for the second goal.

Obviously giving other players an opportunity and rightly so. Only Waller, Woods, Helm & Tucker in from last week’s team.

I think only Casper and Mellon are Under 18s still, Tony may be able to confirm ? All the others are I think U23s , or Full Time pros for us oldies 😉

Waller & Mellon in the starting eleven & Casper on the bench are scholars in the youth team. Rooney & McGlynn are still scholars but third years. All the others have professional contracts.

Thanks, well if our number 6 (on that first half performance) is anything to go by may be on a free at the end of the season.

Some of the Peterborough players are looking a bit unfit. Maybe cramp setting in. Could be a way back into this game yet.

Poor team this lot, where's Nartey, Gomez Mancini, Richardson, Thomas, Glennon, Harker?

Seems strange to play u18s at u23 level while many of the actual u23s are on the fringes of the first team bench.

I think the average fan doesn’t really understand all the development side at this level and 18 year olds filling in to see how they get on, can you imagine the groans in a full stadium

Of course I understand giving other players a game, what I don't understand is changing formation when the original 4-4-2 has seen a 7 game unbeaten run.

I guess tonight's lack of performance makes sense then, missing a ton of key players, playing a few u18 lads and generally rested a couple on the bench.
