And there's me believing history has demonstrated that people with grievances have been listened to despite facing what appeared to be impossible situations. I suppose the clever thing to do is never get 'pally pally' with figures of authority, comply with their demands and above all never find myself in a position where I might know more than someone else unless I want to find myself in a fridge full of risottos. Evolution? Has a lot to answer for.
