Troy Townsend, father of Andros Townsend, is the narrator and I've found it very interesting.
The last podcast episode has just been on the radio, so will be available to listen too via the link in the next day or so and he's live on Talksport next Sunday night, I think, to discuss the series.
Some of what he talks about is eye opening, same with some of the comments from the people he speaks with, but I've found it quite insightful, with good input from a range of people inc current & former players, current academy coaches and others connected to the system.
