Re: Sir Frank Williams
Very sad that he couldn't get back to winning ways. Left a legacy behind and many great memories in formula one.

Re: Sir Frank Williams
Very sad indeed, but he was despite his injuries one hell of a determined guy, a truly amazing life.
Rest in Peace and thanks for everything you did to help motorsport.

Was a big Williams fan in my youth. Posters of Mansell and then Hill over my room.

Re: Sir Frank Williams
Sad, sad news. I always followed his team due to the name as far back as Alan Jones and Carlos Reutermann behind the wheel. The only GP I have been to was the 1981 Monaco GP, Jones was leading towards the end and his gear box went allowing the Ferrari of Giles Villeneuve to take the flag. 16 years later his son Jacques would lift the World Title in one of Sir Frank's cars.
RIP Sir Frank and thanks for the memories.

Frank was definitely one of the big names in F1 during my youth, and Williams at one time were a formidable force in the sport.
