Are you surprised, its been a shambles in there for many a year.
I dread ever needing to go in there, and as for the phone lines ir email responses, you may aswell not bother.
It needs a full overhaul in there, it's behind the times by a couple if decades at the very least.

Agree to a certain extent but it's not the staff in there that's the problem, they've been dealt a bum hand. The shambles are the IT, website, and telephone systems and all those are not helped by some poor decision making from people overseeing/decision making, who I really think don't understand football supporters.
