You don't like him. We get it
Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Taylor and Collins our two stand outs tonight. Collins for MOM based on his lack of experience.

Or the entire PL ever since 92?
I think that Derby midfield would easily stroll that contest.

a point is not bad from that game, Wolves are a talented team and we stifled them well. We even had some chances and could have got all 3 points.

Well done boys. Soaked up a hell of a lot of pressure, especially first half. The resilience is back. Great defensive work. Point earned.
Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Excellent draw
Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Decent result against a pretty good Wolves side.
Collins and Taylor outstanding.

Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Disappointed slightly not to win again but that's a hard fought point against an in form side. If we can start to string some home wins together we should pull away from the bottom. Strong jaw is definitely returning.
Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Another good point in isolation.
Just hope we start winning some too soon.

Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Oh, and Taylor my MOM over Collins who also did fantastically well. I fear other clubs already have the measure of Cornet, Wolves just out muscled him and got in tight tonight

13 yrs ago, you said recently you're 28, so you were around back then.Newcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 01, 2021 9:19 pmThat I have ever seen in the prem. I wasn’t around back then so couldn’t judge.
I know you hate Brownhill, but to say he's the worst you've ever seen in the PL is taking this hatred to whole new levels of bizarre.

A proper Burnley display, it's been a long wait!
0 - 0 against a far superior team - they shall not pass, as good as Thermopalae!

Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Happy enough with that point, and a much needed clean sheet to boot, yes we have to start winning games, but a draw at the team sat 6th in the league can't be sniffed at, and it keeps our unbeaten run going which is important heading to Newcastle in a few days.

Re: Wolves V Burnley match thread
Good, solid performance. Follow this up with a win at the infinitely worse Newcastle now.
Word for ‘bambi on ice’ Collins - what a player this lad is. He’s been great every game. His composure is ridiculous for a 20 year old with 3 starts at this level behind him. Unreal.
