Yes.....the ref only needs to stop play for an head injury or an obvious bone break not a stomp on the little toe

The ref will stop play for any injury he deems to be serious. Nothing to do with just head injuries.


I'm not saying the referee was wrong in the De Gea incident, I was just correcting you on the rules of the game, which can be googled ;)
