Hasenhuttl
Just what wtf is this ****** going on about? I just read somewhere that he wants the FA to investigate our integrity in requesting today’s match being called off even going so far as to suggest that it had something to do with us losing our main striker!
We’ve just had three games called off, not at our request and certainly under slightly suspicious circumstances, and he points the finger at us. Who is he and where in earth does he come from with a name like that?
Outrageous!

Re: Hasenhuttl
To be fair, last time we had Covid cases the club named who was positive. Very quiet this time. I hope it is genuine and not us playing the system.

He’s Southampton’s manager and he’s from Austria. Hope that helps.
Re: Hasenhuttl
He comes from Austria, and if you ever came to to his attention he'd probably wonder the same about you with a name like Dermot.

Re: Hasenhuttl
TBF to Hasenhuttl he's been critical of other clubs throughout this period, so he's not only pointing the finger at Burnley.dermotdermot wrote: ↑Sat Jan 15, 2022 7:57 pmJust what wtf is this ****** going on about? And not that it really matters, but FYI he's Austrian.
And as far as the match goes it would be the PL who made the final decision, the FA can only intervene in the FA Cup to my understanding.
Re: Hasenhuttl
Is hasenhuttl complaining about Villa and Everton calling off our previous 2 covid affected games ... if no ... well shut the **** up the teutonic ****

Okay, PL not FA. You don’t have to be pedantic about it.tiger76 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 15, 2022 8:03 pmTBF to Hasenhuttl he's been critical of other clubs throughout this period, so he's not only pointing the finger at Burnley.

Re: Hasenhuttl
Well just maybe if the PL had clamped down on this from the beginning, we wouldn't now have every club playing the system to their own advantage, you can't blame the clubs for their stances, but ultimately it comes down to the PL being stronger and insisting the matches go ahead unless it's impossible for sides to field a team, now they've allowed a few wriggle room, is it really any surprise that the rest will chance their arm if it doesn't suit them to play on a particular day.dermotdermot wrote: ↑Sat Jan 15, 2022 8:25 pmOkay, PL not FA. Note that no cup ties have yet bitten the dust, funny that ain't it.

In the absence of Beamish.
He's a crap actor as well, not surprised he tried his hand at football management.

Re: Hasenhuttl
He's being a dick quite frankly. Loads of teams have played fast and loose with the "covid card" and used it to their advantage when they've been concerned about the strength of their team. It's highly likely we've done the same in the end because if you can't beat em..... as they say. So shut up as the time for overreacting to stuff like this came and went with the first call off back in December.

Re: Hasenhuttl
I could be wrong but weren't both Hasenhuttl and Tuchel spitting feathers after dropping home points to us this season?
As a side issue Watford have signed 3 players since our original game was called off we haven't signed anyone.

Re: Hasenhuttl
Sky slwere also saying the application for postponement was suspicious as we've now only 1 forward and it's a big week.
No mention of suspicious when Leicester have 2 cdlled off in a row when tyey have 4 players at the ACON, yet managed to field a side in the FA Cup
Everton wasn't called suspicious when they applied on Thursday for a postponement, but when rejected due to enough players, then as if by magic the day after 2 more miraculously get injured over night.
No Suspiciousness when Villa call the game off 2 hours prior to kick off.
No suspicious for Watford when they had 7 players out and requested a postponement 2 and a half hours before kick off.
It stinks, as a whole, but nothings been said until Burnley decide to join in..

Watford can be quite justified in claiming we have strengthened by getting rid of the plank.

I've noticed that they have all been mumbling stuff for a few weeks but when it's us and re the sale of wood some find it easier to voice raise with it I think.
Not feeling victimised just feel its easier for the guys to get at Burnley than arsenal for example

I don’t give a hoot if we have played the system. Other clubs have been at it, and if it helps our cause with players being back/signed then so be it.
I hope the Watford game is off too.
