Love him or loathe him you can't deny he's been a great skipper for his nation.

Done an incredible job with them. Interesting to see how long he will keep playing for India across all formats now after the last 12 months.

He's been superb for India. Old school figure and excellent reader of games.
They've had some good captains over the years.

A declining force in recent years. Relinquishing captaincy might be very good for him, needs to enjoy cricket again.
