Dance Your Cares Away

Brilliant news!

One of the greatest chidren's TV programmes of all time is set to return to our screens - Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock

If you've got nippers and are able to watch I implore you to tune in. If it's a fraction as good as the original it will be spellbinding.

It sounds like they’ve done away with the theme tune! I hope it’s just an an mission from the trailer!

Nobody could be that silly. Not even a Fraggle.

I one spent the day with Jim Henson in his puppet workshop in Borehamwood. Very kind and generous man.

Everybody who met him says that. :)

That's quite a celebrity to have met up close in his workshop. You're very honoured.

TBH I don't think the current studio that bears his name always lives up to his ideals and vision but it would be pretty remarkable if they did.

Some good photos from that day. He got the muppets out and set up photoshoots with me in the middle. Watched the filming of the Swedish chef as well. Long time ago - late 70s
