Grant McCann sacked at Hull
No surprise given the takeover, but it seems harsh given they've just beaten Blackburn and Bournemouth.

"Shota Arveladze's amber and black army" really trips off the tongue.

Never liked McCann since his Peterborough days. Although he had done a decent job at Hull in tricky circumstances.

He also got them promoted as last season's Lge 1 champions. I think I am right in stating
it is the only time Hull have ever won a promotion as the top team in their division. They also look to be in a safe position in the Championship despite having been under a transfer embargo.
A very shabby piece of work from their new owner.

He came across to me, when I saw his ‘takeover interview’, that he would be chuck money at my new personal toy, type. It wouldn’t surprise me if there is a Michael Knighten type, ‘I’ll buy/pick the team, they can coach them’ type disaster.claret59 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 25, 2022 9:59 pmHe also got them promoted as last season's Lge 1 champions.
