MO will almost certainly speak English as from my experience most people of his age do (to varying extents, of course).

But above all he played in South Korea and China for three years.

This is what he can do when he cuts in from the left. Yes, it was a West Ham B Team but not sure many keepers would have stopped this.

Lots of those goals were virtually identical (only watched about 1/3 of the video)
We will be loaded with left-sided players, but he'd be the best right-footed one.

Sorry can't edit above post. Meant to say:

Orsic looks absolutely class on YouTube videos. Probably one of the best I’ve seen - and it’s not like they are videos of him in this “mikey mouse” league, they are in Europe against some big teams.

Left midfield/left sided winger seems to be his best position by far.

So, if he does sign, will he play left midfield?

Could Orsic be signed as the striker we need or to fufill the wing spot we thought Cornet was going to play

I'd rather we were after a Ramsey/Barkley/Alli to play behind Cornet

With us needing wins if we sign Orsic I can see us playing this kind of formation

-----------------Pope
Roberts--Tarks---Mee--Taylor
------------Westwood---McNeil
------------Brownhill----Orsic
---------------------------Cornet
------------Jay-Rod

All the players you have mentioned no longer have the motivation our club need .
Just look at the number of films you have watched lately with big names from the past . They are usually rubbish.

We could maybe try 4-3-2-1 (usual back four and goalkeeper)

A good centre forward supported by Orsic and Cornet would certainly score goals!

Are we still looking for a striker, or likely to play Cornet up front?

We could never afford Ramsey (already too old anyhow), Barkley or Alli, and the only reason they might be for sale is because they are not up to standard.

I love how all the tactical geniuses start debating whether to play the lad out of his natural position. He's not even signed yet and they haven't seen him play in the flesh but they are already slotting him in in various positions and turning Dwight into a No.10. Football manager stuff.

Ramsey is younger than Trippier who isn't considered too old.

Personally I would be ecstatic if we somehow got Dele. Apparently a superb attitude, first in last out at training, just that his confidence is low. I think a change of scenery from Spurs would do him the world of good. A very different player to what we currently have. Orsic looks some player as well

Not a phobia.
We have plenty 30+ year olds already.
We all see that we need some younger players, so paying what would surely be a very high price for someone like Ramsey doesn't address it.
TBH,I doubt we could meet his demands anyjhow.

Spijed does one of his weird comparisons (Trippier), but I think Roberts is a better signing for us.

You said Ramsey is too old. How can he be too old when other clubs are signing older players who would be deemed good signings for us?

FWIW, if Ramsey could get back to his best (who knows if he can) he's head and shoulders above anything our relegation rivals have.

If we can sign what we need for less than we sell that’s a good model.
We need a striker to score double digits every season because that is what keeps teams like us in the Premiership.

Man City maybe able to retain possession enough to allow midfielders to score but we won't. A free flowing midfielder may disrupt the press and the banks of four.

Cornet has been a revelation but he won't be the first person to start with a bang and then go back to something approaching normality. Wingers do not score 6 in 10 in the Premiership over a sustained period. In fact, that kind of scoring ratio is Harry Kane level when he is playing for a top 6 club.

If we could get him on a one year deal then fair enough.
But that is in the world of make believe.
In the real world he'd be looking for (I guess) 3 years at a very high wage.
Whatever he might be (apparently "head and shoulders" above....) he is not the future.

Agreed - Is Arron Ramsey, Delli Alli or Barkley going to work tirelessly for 90 minutes in a team that has 25 per cent possession? Pressing in banks of four and squeezing space in our own third of the pitch?

We need to be realistic in who we can afford, and will we get value for money?
The 3 mentioned are good footballers no doubt, but it's not that easy when the club is in debt and likely to get relegated.

I suppose of the three he would be the best bet but not sure that investing in an expensive contract for an injury prone 31 year old who has played for Juventus and Arsenal is going to be a better investment than Brownhill, Cork or Westwood when we have three strikers who have barely scored in 2 years.

I hate labouring this point because I think both are decent players but it is a fact.

You may be joking re: Dele Ali , though in the Spurs documentary with Jose , he was very publicly slating Adele’s attitude in training . That aside ( though highly unlikely) he be a brilliant signing

Quite, and the probably the reason why she had to cancel all those gigs in Las Vegas.

My honest opinion on Adele is that she can get around the pitches, handle the high notes but she's never going to take a whack from a big centre half.
