Have rung ip several times this week and given option 2 as requested.
Each time I have been told all the lines are busy and to give details of what I am wishing to do.
I have left message re wishing to renew my season ticket by Direct Debit.
I have not had a call back
It is not a free phone call
I will give it a few more goes and then if no joy will post my season ticket back to club and cancel it permanently.
I live in Lincoln and need 3 trains to get to matches.
Last trip the Palace game the train was late at Burnley due to being packed with Sheffield Wednesday fans at Accrington
It was last train from Burnley and pleaded with 2 Railway police to let me on
A nightmare journey to Leeds and fell in the stampede to get off train.
I have no transport and the trains won’t allow me time to get from Lincoln to Burnley . However I was happy to pay £230 ish in Jimmy Mac upper and then perhaps get a few away trips to places nearer Lincoln
If this nonsense continues I will post my card with a letter of complaint and not go on Turf again.
More to life at my age (78 in October) than all this unnecessary stress.
UTC
Feel for you DAVETHEVICAR, after all the hassle you have just getting to and from a game, you just don't need this, a simple task of renewing a ticket is turning into a nightmare for many people it seems.
Something is seriously wrong.

Finally got round to looking to renew but I'm struggling with this too.
I've managed to get our two season tickets in the basket but the problem is they are both showing against my clarets number so it won't allow me to proceed, yet there is no option to assign one of the renewals to my son despite him being linked to my account via the family and friends option.
Does anyone know if I'm doing anything wrong and how to correct this, or is this a fault with the online form?
It seems so unnecessarily complicated when it should be a quick and simple process for me to renew and pay the club £800.

Sound exactly the same issue as I had. Only solved it by ringing the ticket office sadly.

Thanks - that's helpful to know. Frustrating as it should be simple stuff that encourages the customer to part with their hard earned cash.

And if the Club hasn't realised this yet then that's really disappointing!

No joy on line, so called in at the ticket office yesterday. It was busy and the lad behind the counter said it had been like that all day, so I can understand why phone response is patchy. He was helpful and pleasant as they always are there. Not much good for supporters who can’t easily get to the ticket office, though. Club needs to get it sorted.

Not a renewal issue, but does anyone know if there will be ‘seat swap’ time when early bird has finished.
Thankyou

I must be missing the reason why someone can't just fix the issue on the website.

Hopefully all of you in the same boat can now get behind the club.

I tried about 9am, my season ticket was in the basket but not my son’s. As before, everything I tried failed, so I went down to the ticket office. The young lady renewed both our tickets on a single transaction in less than two minutes; she did say the club were working on the problem, so perhaps I should have waited a bit longer. Anyway, it’s done now.

Brilliant news
After trying several times a day for three or four days and being told all lines were busy, I rang today got straight through and a very helpful lady took my bank details and set up a direct debit for me over 12 months.
Chuffed to bits although I may not get to many matches next season as no transport and the 3 trains I need are not always running , I still wished to support my beloved club for at least another season .
Just over £19 a month what is not to like.

Organisation may be poor but the staff at the Ticket Office are Fabulous

I've complained on this thread a couple of times. I'd been trying everyday to see if they had sorted the issue. Today when I logged on and it asked me as normal to select seats it went straight to my basket with the 4 tickets for renewal in it at the correct price bands. They are working in the background on this. Took me, as many others have said, 2 mins to do the direct debit. All sorted. A step in the right direction.

I logged in as me. My seat did not load automatically into my basket. Showed orange on seat plan. Was able to select it there. Not the easiest to do is it??!

Logged on via laptop

After my renewal by phone and set up of the new DD, I have not had any confirmations.
Should I be worried or just assume all is well?

I received an e-mail confirmation within a minute of completing the DD.
Might be worth checking which e-mail address that BFC have for you.

I gave up to renewing online and went down to the office today. All done in the
twinkling of an eye. Renewed both mine and my partner's
One thing though, when I got home I checked "my profile" and it shows that my partner's
has been renewed but no mention of mine. I wonder if that's because she is on my friends
and family list.
Should I be concerned ? Do I need to ring them ?

To avoid all the potential hassle, went this morning to renew and add one. Can't get two together near to where i am now as they are reserved until the 31st. Ok, no problem, i'll wait til then and select two together that haven't been renewed. I was then told i wouldn't have the option of DD then as that will finish when they become freely available. That just seems incredibly short sighted to me.... make more tickets available, then remove the easy payment method when the tickets become even more expensive?
Have a look on the website and then select the seats you want i was told. No problem, just got home and tried but almost the whole of the CFS is `greyed` out and the blocks can't be selected. I know there are seats available as i was in the ticket office an hour ago...
Only in Burnley...

What's the point in having the option online if it doesn't work? We've been in the Prem for 5 years, it shouldn't still be in a shoddy state.

Logged in this morning, again via laptop and all worked fine, purchased 3 tickets, 2 from friends and family all waiting in the basket at the correct price brackets
What I have noticed is that certain websites won't accept certain details like mail address or postcode when I've tried on a tablet, but try the same thing on a laptop it works fine. So it could be down to operating system, or browser.

Have had the same issues that everyone else has had, needed to purchase two tickets but one was an under 22. Couldn't change the price of the under 22 from an adult and was going to go down to the ticket office today.
I had one last go on the website and the basket was now correct so I purchased the two tickets.
I'd suggest with the early bird ending at the end of March, that if getting to the ticket office is a hassle that you give it a week or two to see if the problem resolves itself. It did for me.

I've somehow managed to do it this morning.
Instead of clicking renew, I went to buy a new season ticket. I added my seat and then added my sons seat. The website barked at me that I couldn't do that, so I went back to the basket and imagine my surprise to find my seat, my sons seat and Garnerssoap's ticket in my basket. I removed Garnerssoap and that left me with the two I wanted to buy. Its like a task on the crystal maze.

Just to give you all a laugh this what's it's like here in Ireland to buy a season ticket to watch the Republic , hey and we only get six games .
Read below .
I've always been in 112 with a student ticket and they're trying to charge €411 for 2 tickets! Laughable
thats the full adult price for that block. Its hardly laughable or farcical as others have described it. The price table contained in the emails has footnotes about student ID. Simply select the pay later option and email the ticketmaster email mentioned in the renewal email and give them the details. Its only right that student tickets are verified before purchase otherwise we’d all be buying them.
Edit: I see that you confirmed you’re not even a student anymore but still found it appropriate to criticise. Unreal.
The email and website confirms student ST holders can renew for early bird price of €115 and there is no option to renew on the website for that price so that is a farce. The footnotes just state you have to be a FT or PT student and the student ticket can be checked for proof of student ID which has always been the case, there has never been verification before purchase and there is no instructions on TM to select pay later and email TM

The CFS appears to have sold out already.
They're probably only allowing renewals and no new sales In there.
Everyone's seat is reserved until 31st March.
So will show as sold out/unavailable

Brilliant news
After trying several times a day for three or four days and being told all lines were busy, I rang today got straight through and a very helpful lady took my bank details and set up a direct debit for me over 12 months.
Chuffed to bits although I may not get to many matches next season as no transport and the 3 trains I need are not always running , I still wished to support my beloved club for at least another season .
Just over £19 a month what is not to like.
UTC
Organisation may be poor but the staff at the Ticket Office are Fabulous
Dave, do you not know anyone in or around Burnley that you can let use your ticket when you can't make it?
We did it at weekend, we had a picture of the back of the season card sent to us, and we just scanned that on phone to get in.
The person who had the season card was ironically in Liverpool.
Just a thought to save your seat going unused.

So they let someone in without the physical season card. Unbelievable!
