I’ll be there in 3 weeks. What’s the weather like?

Looks like it's been raining in the region over last few days 😔

Any suggestions for game in Corralejo, Fuerteventura🤔

Preston or Watford game? Doubt you will find the Preston game (as mentioned above rugby and PL) , Watford will be on in a few places, Katie will have it on in Old Swan, other places 7 Pints, Smith Arms, Underground, Murphys.

Good stuff, Katie and her mad mum Sue!! We are over in March, will probably watch the Hull game in there. Liverpool are on in the CL that night, Katie won’t be putting that on!!

Anyone know if the Fleetwood game will be on anywhere in Playa Blanca? Can’t see if it’ll be clarets+ either. Arriving late Tuesday so not much time to sort out where to watch.

Have you tried nipping into that Corner House? They had 10 or 11 games on when I went in for the Luton game. Had Wimbledon, Bradford and some other lower league games ok

Had a walk around town early this morning, Corner House had a long list but no Clarets game. The only place I reckon could be the Old Swan, their board said championship games on request, I might have a wander down around KO.

When I was in there other week I'm sure they pulled a another computer screen out on the bar for someone who asked for a game. Worth an ask I'd say!

I think some bars have got the wrong game showing, Murphys have it on, bit of a dump so the Mrs will be happy.

Went in Old Swan just after KO, asked Katie if the Burnley game was on, then heard “Come and sit with us” watched with a fellow claret from Preston. A bit of 2nd half buffering on TV / watching on his phone, not ideal but 3 straight forward points. Nathan Tella Baby

Did you have any problems with La Calima? I feel like I’ve got the worst cold / hay fever

We arrived Saturday night and friends who picked us up pointed out the sky and said it was a La Calima, it seemed to blow over on Sunday to Lanzarote. Apparently flights were diverted to FUE / TFS from Arrecife. I thought it was hayfever , got speaking to a restaurant owner last night who was struggling too and she explained in broken English La Calima and gave me loads of tissues. Have noticed more folk today with cold like symptoms. Anyway 3 points and I think there were a couple of Sheffield United in the Old Swan who didn’t want to speak to us!!

We had 3 days of it, literally couldn't see the sun and could feel it on the lungs. Weirdly not as dusty on the patio/cars/body as we'd experienced previously in Lanzarote

Now I think about it we did see a weird cloud on Sunday when we were driving to the lava caves up north. Really long straight browny colour over the sea. Would that have been it because we were wondering what it was.
