Re: oap ticket
Ok thanks
Re: oap ticket
I would add for a recount. Why would you pay full price when all the matches are when you are a senior?
For example, usually the season starts later than your birthday, so it would not be an issue.
Owing to winter world Cup, next season is 6th. Your birthday 8th.
Fixtures are unknown, even what league, so you are showing faith.
Say we are drawn away for the first Prem match? You will watch every home game as a senior!
Case rests m'lud!

The club in previous years have made it clear that the cut off date is 1st AugustIanMcL wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 7:25 pmI would add for a recount. Why would you pay full price when all the matches are when you are a senior?

Re: oap ticket
I got my OAP ticket last year and my birthday is 3rd August. It must be worth a phone call to check.

Re: oap ticket
I was told that if you're 65 before the season starts then you qualify for an over 65 ticket.
Maybe it's changed.

Re: oap ticket
And that’s how it should be but they did make it 1st August. No reference to it in yesterday’s release though.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 8:11 pmI was told that if you're 65 before the season starts then you qualify for an over 65 ticket.

Re: oap ticket
Anyway, tomorrow is renewal and perhaps when an oap ticket is requested, the system may allow. If not, ask and make the case - even if it is one at full price plus a season ticket! Negotiate!
Re: oap ticket
I'd go and buy it and make sure they know tyour date of birth (I presume it's on the application form). If they let you have one, as would be only reasonable, I really don't see them trying to go back on it later. It's never worth the bad publicity.holdyourfire wrote: ↑Thu Feb 03, 2022 6:50 pmI will be 65 on eighth of august, wondering if I will qualify for oap season ticket

Re: oap ticket
On this subject do they do disabled tickets ?
If they do have you got to sit in the disabled stand or can you keep your normal seat.
