Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I am on hols for that match. Will miss our first visit to the new stadium.
Mind you, all this standing has literally crippled my foot!
Always a struggle but foot locked and extremely painful, these last days. About 50% better today but when the seats were nice and soft, it is irritating to have to stand for the match, then walk along way.
Must be getting too old for away matches!

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
Hello.
Is there any seasonticket holders who will not be going and can help me with 2 tickets for this match ?
I have emailed the supporter liason officer at Burnley but they were not able to help, they said that i should wait for general sale.
I will be in Burnley for the match against Chelsea and can meet up there.
Thanks in advance.
Torben

It would be nice if they went on sale at the time stated as still not available

They are showing on sale on a PC but not on mobile phone?
I’m also struggling to change the age category, anyone else have this issue?

It looks like you can only buy the age category that the clarets number relates too, therefore you can’t buy a child’s ticket with an adult number.

I’ve always managed it in the past to use the wife’s points to get one of the kids a ticket but looks like they have changed it.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:28 pmNormally managed in the past is this something they have changed ?
Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I did manage to buy an over 65 as it automatically changed it when I updated my basket but it didn't change the price to the 18-25 year old I bought for so not quite sure why it didn't do that that!

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
Just done the same. Want to buy an adult ticket with an over 65 clarets number, spoke to a chap at the ticket office this morning who said I could do so. Selected adult but it defaulted back to over-65 at checkout. Ended up buying but will contact the ticket office for them to upgrade the ticket as I was told this was allowed.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:32 pmYeah, does seem so. Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
You can change it but you need to do lots of reassigning tickets and updating the baskets to get it to let you. I assigned two tickets to the same clarets number which gave an error (as you can only buy one ticket) but did let me change the categories when I reassigned to the correct number.Burnleydan wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:09 pmThey are showing on sale on a PC but not on mobile phone?

I was going to hang on and see if they corrected it as I have 7 adults and 1 newly aged concession accounts on mine.Rileybobs wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:41 pmJust done the same. Wanted 8 adults but will do the same and sort with the ticket office when over for a game. The numbers on my order are just shy of 500 sold so probably sold out before they correct it. There can't be a club that makes ticketing as awkward as this.

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
Oddly all the age options are now available, and as you say it reverts back to the original age category when you update the basket, but update the basket a second time now works fine cheers.aggi wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:56 pmYou can change it but you need to do lots of reassigning tickets and updating the baskets to get it to let you. Got mine at 2.05 so probably right by the corner flag able to see f all!! On holiday till Wednesday and had to frantically badger the young bar maid in the pub for the WiFi code and get logged in. Couldn't believe how easy it was after all the shenanigans trying to renew my ST last week.

Hi Torben, it is nice to see the Claret flag being flown in Denmark, I think this game is likely to sell out to Burnley fans quickly so it may be a struggle to get tickets. I wish you good luck. Enjoy the Chelsea match. UTCBurnleyDenmark wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 2:04 pmHello.

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I don’t get why some people always seem to defend the ticket office. It is a shambles. The administrative side of things is worse than a lot of non-league clubs.
Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I don't know what job you do but imagine having to do it with one (and sometimes both) hands tied behind your back! And having to deal with complaints about the ticketing website and telephone system which you have no control over.thelaughingclaret wrote: ↑Tue Feb 22, 2022 12:57 amI don’t get why some people always seem to defend the ticket office. Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I think our Club is symptomatic of any badly run organisation where the front office bears the brunt of the grief from it's customers.
You have to feel sorry for those who work in our ticket office as Leisure says. They have to deal with the ineptitude of those who make the decisions and then hide away and are never answerable to the fans.

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
Spoke to the ticket office today as I couldn’t get through yesterday afternoon. They confirmed that tickets have already been distributed and advised me to ring back on 9th March to pay the additional £5. I will then need to go to the ticket office at Brentford to have the ticket reprinted. Bit of a faff but at least it’s sorted.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 21, 2022 3:07 pmI was going to hang on and see if they corrected it as I have 7 adults and 1 newly aged concession accounts on mine.

I know technically you shouldn't but with electronic turnstiles does anybody check anyway? Seems a lot of hassle for the sake of a fiver.Rileybobs wrote: ↑Tue Feb 22, 2022 4:26 pmSpoke to the ticket office today as I couldn’t get through yesterday afternoon. Think the max away allocation is around 1700. So would expect/hope that that's what we've taken.

Bit of a pain having to do that on the day but at least they will sort it, I managed to get lucky as when one of my lads was ordering his he was only getting 3 so he ordered another adult and a mates dad has taken the over 65 ticket off me.Rileybobs wrote: ↑Tue Feb 22, 2022 4:26 pmSpoke to the ticket office today as I couldn’t get through yesterday afternoon. Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
My tickets arrived today.
Two have an A on the left hand perforation, one has a C on the right perforation.
They all say adult ,and the price of £30.
Why are they different?

Just checked my 3 and all say A, so yes you'd better check that out, C could be Child.Stevie2112 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 23, 2022 4:27 pmMy tickets arrived today.

Although it says £30, it could be the barcode that determines it usage, nowt straightforward these days.

I assume one of your group is either over 65 or a youngster.
This is common for lots of the away tickets.

I see it's now sold out on the website.
Anyone know if this is proper sold out or will reappear at some random point?

I'd be surprised if we've sold out already, I'd check again tomorrow morning.

Re: 2021/22: Brentford v Burnley – Ticket Information
I forgot to get my foundation tickets on Monday, and they'd sold out on Tuesday, so I spoke to the ticket office at 2pm today and asked if Brentford tickets would reach general sale. The lady said they'd taken the full allocation of just over 1,700 and there were only 300 left, so it was unlikely. Looks like me and the wife won't be going.

They announced at half time today that tickets are still on sale for Brentford, but the announcer said it was the 5th March.

Brentford Tickets
Showing sold out online and the ticket office have just confirmed it when I phoned.
Can I be the first to request two tickets from anyone who is suddenly unable to attend? I would be eternally grateful!

I thought we took the full allocation. The stadium isn’t that big so I suspect your ‘outrage’ is misplaced.

6000 points
4000 points
Even made it to 2000 points on sale and were available yesterday afternoon. Demand / Interest has been high, I would be surprised if we haven't taken full allocation.

No outrage from me, because I wasn’t going Hope that’s the case and we’ve sold the full allocation.
Does feel as though demand for tickets is returning.

Re: Brentford Tickets
The away end at Brentford only holds 2000, so if we haven't taken that full allocation, questions need to be asked
Re: Brentford Tickets
I think there were only 1,700 available which is the same allocation that Newcastle have for their game at Brentford on Saturday.

Re: Brentford Tickets
They've given up the required 10% of their capacity. Given the very poor followings which we've had this season, our Club would have been justified in taking even less than the 1725!
