Difficult one as everything I’ve got on my wish list seems to start at around £4K

I’d probably get myself a new going out outfit, I can’t remember the last time I bought myself any clothes and used to spend a few hundred a week as a youngster (before mortgages and children)

Not yet but preparation under way. I want to move the tv but then saw the tangle of wires behind it from old video recorders, sound systems, dvds etc. I’m part way through the untangling.

I can't even see them clearly enough now without putting specs on. If I want to know the time I just switch my phone on.

For as long as there has been watches, it’s always been an attraction to a large number of men. I didn’t used to want one but for me it would be a way of rewarding myself for bringing in a big deal at work and get the large bonus (when that day comes and I’ve sorted all my other priorities first)

I prefer the approach of the non-racially-specified citizen of the UK. When he wanted to know the time in the middle of the night, being too mean either to buy a watch or to put the light on to see his clock, he started playing his bagpipes.
