Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
Will they bother to show a replay of the Barnes effort?
Long is doing really well here.

How many fouls on our players in our box now? Friend hasn't dealt with a single one of them. Awful awful refereeing.

Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
gutted about the peno decision but it's been a heck of a fight of a game. if we do get beat we need to bottle every millilitre of effort from this and take it to Villa Park. Still time yet come on Burnley.

Sounds like Wout about to come on as well
Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
He’s some player. I’d go as far as saying I’m gutted he’s not English.

Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
Decent game from Ashley. Arguably been more effective than Cornet but you kindnof have to leave your top goalscorer on.
Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
I’d have taken Cornet off.

Glen Hoddle best co commentator on any channel by a million miles
Praising Burnley no end
Pundits say never a penalty when they played but they are given now
Hoddle saying Barnes has reason to be gutted as he did not intentionally hand the ball- ball to hand

Re: Match Thread; Spurs v Clarets
I’ve enjoyed watching the change of formation.
Feel we have been unlucky with the penalty.
2nd half so far has been very positive- just missing that goal
