Burnley fc app

I've had a problem opening the club app since I got home yesterday. It opens for a split second, then crashes with no explanation.
It might be coincidence, as it might be my phone that's playing up. I just wondered if anyone else had an issue.
If it's just me, any ideas how I can fix it would be appreciated.

Had this last weekend on my phone ... try deleting the App and re-installing ...

Thanks for that, I missed that thread.

I've just uninstalled it and reloaded , but still not working.
I'll leave it a couple of days as most people seem to think it sorts itself out eventually

I have been crashing (again) throughout the day. Uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

Same here. Crashes after a few seconds. Done the unstall and reinstall but still crashes. Maybe we can't afford to correct the problem now lol.

Interesting… weirdly, quite like RO and quizzes, yet not a fan of Pointless or HofG. The former I’ve tried to like, the second I have on occasion but not one that impressed enough it registers to watch.

Mines still down Ian so I have deleted the App again, and will not re-install (I will use the website) until its back up and running for others

Don't know if this is connected or coincidence, but my phone battery has been discharging at a very fast pace. Since I've uninstalled the app it's fine

Whilst I was unin and in the app, my phone was telling me that the multiple crashes were taking its toll on my battery, too.

Could be wilks ... just did the update on "google play" yesterday on the app and it cured it.

I thought the app had been working fine but just checked again and it said ST prices were as much as £590 for the championship.
I think it's definitely broke.

I updated the app yesterday on my Android phone and still unable to access any of the videos.

It keeps coming up...."Could not load data at this time"

The update has stopped the app crashing, (thanks Bosscat for the tip) on my android tablet, but the videos still won't play.

Hadn't checked player videos on my phone after updating app ... tried after reading your post ... they play OK
