Just seen on twitter, his son has been taken on by Preston as a scholar as a goalkeeper.
Good luck to the lad. Not many make it in pro football after their dad did.
I don't suppose many have in such different positions as outfield and goalkeeper. Such a different skillet.

Mk1’s sons Harry & Joe are 30 & 28 now. Both played in the Football League. This is mk2’s son.
