Totally agree with you, Ian.

Top pro. Wish we'd him earlier in his career. Steve Bruce will know all about him but pretty certain he'll have called SD for his opinion.

I always felt we should have given Erik a new deal.He would have been a good mentor for the younger players and a useful squad member.

We're struggling to cull the squad to 25 as it is, we didn't need another left back, how ever good a guy he is.
