Did anyone else notice Vince kept glancing to his right as though he was expecting our new signings to walk in at any moment? 😉😁

Pre-match press conferences often have an embargoed section which typically lifts at 2230. They are still filmed, at least they are at bigger clubs.

Yep, me too, I'm due a replacement the 09/10 50-year anniversary one I currently wear on matchdays.

No - they don't make them public
For a large part of last season they were, somewhat erratically, available by podcast strangely. Seems to have stopped now though.

I'm still pinching myself that we've secured VK. A breath of fresh air and I'm optimistic he'll do well for us.

Aren't these just the audio from the televised press conferences?

Speaks very well. Certainly has an aura about him. It struck me on the photo the club put up earlier in the week, where he was addressing the players, how they all to a man seemed to be hanging on his every word.

There is a broadcast press part which is broadcast and then a written press part which is written about later. Same at most clubs.

As you absolute do to a man like that, including Dyche. He will upset a few but I honestly think players will take to him well

Ian Whittell of the Telegraph deciding that not only was this an important question to ask at the PC but also important enough rush to print for this mornings paper;

Kompany arrives at a club who
gained notoriety two years ago
when supporters flew a banner pro-
claiming
"White Lives Matter"
before a game. But the Belgian
quickly quashed any suggestion of a
racism problem at his new home.
"You can't start judging an entire
organisation and the people and
players because a couple of idiots
are flying a banner," he said.

I'm glad the question was asked because it was certain to come up at some point and Kompany has shown he's a dab hand at dealing with stuff like this. His answer is bang on the money.
