Ive got to pimp a butterfly by Kendrick , which is a good album. But what i find consistently is that rap/hip hop acts as a live experience are pretty average to dire.. and yes they tend to over do the M-FECKER and sweary nonsense..

If Kendrick Lamar is the future of Glastonbury then the whole thing is fecked.

I can completely understand this not being to someone’s taste but to call it completely awful is just ridiculous.

Stunning performance and I expect it will go down as one of the most iconic Glastonbury sets ever.

It’ll only be remembered for the swearing. The crowd’s booing drowning out any applause. Talented but tonight he wouldn’t headline our village hall

Amazing performance from Kendrick. He's always cold with the audience, so if you're used to your acts licking the crowd's arse in between every song then the overall performance might seem jarring, but that's the way he performs. It's deliberate. They don't speak to the audience in between movements in Italian opera, you take the performance as a whole. Anyone familiar with him will know that a huge part of his art is rage, so the abrupt ending was not, as suggested above, a technical glitch. The hard ending is deliberate, and in this case a sort of exclamation point in response to that ridiculous court ruling in the US.

I’m a big DR fan but she was definitely not in tune for most of those songs. Watched some of Kendrick but he’s it’s not for me. Switched to the PSB, really enjoyed that, especially the duo with Olly A and NT.

Haven’t heard anyone speak about Inhaler yet. Their set was brilliant. Great band on the rise which I’m sure would appeal to people on this board. The lead singer is the son of Bono from U2 and has a great voice
