In the next 10-15 years you might dare to dream ?

Our owners might be going along getting our football and business model right for a possible "dare to dream" future.
IF in the next 10-15 years a Super League appears even a two tier Super League then ANY club that's either left in Prem league or gets promoted to it can at least dare to dream.
Let's take the Prem League last season with the top 6 taken away
West Ham
Leicester
Brighton
Wolves
Newcastle
Palace
Brentford
Villa
Southampton
Everton
Leeds
Agree it will become like the championship is now a very tight league but you can at least see you can compete.
The only problem I could see is the Newcastle, Villas, West Ham, Leicester and Wolves with their wealthy owners might spend to become "the new top 6" and the gap might appear again ?
Food for thought though.
