Excellent move for him at this stage of his career. One of the best CF I’ve seen for us in all my time watching BFC.

Brilliant goalscorer for us and for Swindon and QPR before and after, but it does look as though the injuries have caught up with him in more recent years.

Lethal finisher in his prime, was Charlie.
He had that weird 'knack' you can't coach into a player, of knowing just where to be at just the right time.

Very few players have that ability - Charlie was one

Great goal scorer for us, but we definitely benefitted from his sale that allowed the Vings partnership to blossom.
