Dame Deborah James

Post by Fretters » Tue Jun 28, 2022 9:21 pm

She's passed away at 40 years old. So sad, but what an inspiration she's been. She will have saved, and will go on to save, countless lives through her campaigning around the signs of bowel cancer.

RIP. Thinking of her young family tonight.

Just a little bit older than my eldest Daughter; I couldn't imagine losing mine at that age.

An inspirational young woman, and as others have said, through her campaigning, she will save many many lives.

Rest in peace Dame Deborah.

Incredibly brave woman right to the end. I lost my dad to cancer 3 years ago, the most brutal and unforgiving illness. Rip Deborah

Yes that was her main slogan, I don't normally approve of 3 word slogans, but in this case it's very apt, and straight to the point.

RIP Deborah
