Dame Deborah James

She's passed away at 40 years old. So sad, but what an inspiration she's been. She will have saved, and will go on to save, countless lives through her campaigning around the signs of bowel cancer.

RIP. Thinking of her young family tonight.

Brilliant woman, brilliant positive attitude against the odds, brilliant message to everyone.

Just a little bit older than my eldest Daughter; I couldn't imagine losing mine at that age.

An inspirational young woman, and as others have said, through her campaigning, she will save many many lives.

Inspirational,remarkable,wonderful, uplifting, encouraging…there aren’t enough words to describe Dame Deborah.
Her legacy will live on for many years.

Incredibly brave woman right to the end. I lost my dad to cancer 3 years ago, the most brutal and unforgiving illness. Rip Deborah

Lost my mum to pancreatic cancer a couple of years ago……..a sad sad journey and you can only draw inspiration from those suffering from it.

RIP Dame Deborah.

Yes that was her main slogan, I don't normally approve of 3 word slogans, but in this case it's very apt, and straight to the point.
