It is at our request but both clubs have said the reasons are beyond our control.

Our statement doesn’t say it’s our request though, only “beyond our control” which makes it sound like it is Burton that’s cancelled it

I know, and it's only on Burton's website where it's reported that it is at our request.

I think some of the criticism directed at the Club for poor communication is Ill-founded.
However - why can’t they just say what the reason for the cancellation is.
It’s probably a sound reason. Why not share it?
