ClaretMov walks into the room - starts a debate that he knows will kick off - puts his pint down and walks out.

Without a doubt it is Norwich, Sunderland and Birmingham in that order. I reckon Burnley is around mid table.

Re: Who are the top 3
I would imagine Steve Bruce is the biggest
Re: Who are the top 3
It's on sky bet, I placed that before Kompany was named, it went to 1/2 just after that, and then the more player's we sign It's getting shorter, currently It's 2/5, still good value for those that put a decent amount on obviously no good if you stick a quid onNewcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 02, 2022 11:01 pmThere actually some pretty good bets. What bookie gave you them odds (specifically the second one) can’t see it anywhere

Re: Who are the top 3
At the moment and in general are two different questions for me. Teams will see us as a scalp this season. Normally I’d put us around mid table but I’d have us in the top 3 for the upcoming season along with Norwich and possibly West Brom.
If we are basing it of teams in general. We would be mid table as we are no bigger than them lot down the road or Preston, I’d say Sunderland are the biggest, followed by Sheffield United and Norwich

Re: Who are the top 3
I think a better debate would be regards the strongest sides next season. Club wise, Sunderland would have to be the 'biggest', but strongest opens up quite a few teams to mull over.
I'd like to think Burnley will be in and amongst it all, but I fully expect Boro, Sheff U, Watford and WBA to be among the fore-runners. I also have a sneaky suspicion that Millwall will be much stronger this time around and could be the 'surprise' team.
