Mcneil had a really poor season and lost himself last year, we'd be absolutely bonkers to accept anything less than £20m though. He'll re-find himself this year under Kompany and be a real asset to us. We need someone to play on the right anyway with Lennon gone, Cornet probably going too.

Id imagine McNeil would play right with Twine left as the two inside 10s in Kompany’s 4-2-2-2.

McNeil and Twine on either side would surely provide plenty of ammo for a decent striker, now we just need to sign a decent striker who'll bag loads.

If McNeil was sold same time as Woods, there would be plenty of bidders at the £20-25m mark. He was an established Prem League player and in decent form.
Relegation, loss of a bit of form and 6 months later, £12 is about right.
At £12 I might just buy him for my daughter - she'd be delighted and I'd score loads of Dad points!! :D

Wouldn't be surprised to see 3 at the back, Kompany started with it at Anderlecht and played THB, soon as he switched to a 4, THB was the one he didn't play. Harwood Bellis also played in a 3 last year at Stoke. I believe Mcnally is also more comfortable in a 3. With 3 CBs walking through the door it makes sense unless we're planning for Collins to leave.
