Does anybody know when tickets are usually posted please? Ordered mine on the day they went on general sale. Nothing received yet and can't get an answer from the ticket office (literally, the phone isn't answered), have left my details for a call back. Has anybody received their tickets by post? Thanks!

If they haven't arrived by Thursday I'd ask for a re-print to be picked up at Watford.

I’m not local so a ball ache to collect. Tried to chose collect for West Brom but not an option so I’m at the mercy of when they post them out again! Shame they can’t do it as soon as they receive them.

There seems to be some weird thinking behind ticket sales this season.
Spoke to mate who is a Blackpool fan and coming over with us for a few drinks when we play them and they haven't received tickets for this game as yet from us

I went into the ticket office on Monday to buy one, thought I would do that rather than have to rely on them posting it to me at such short notice if I bought online.
The lady who was serving me gave me the price and then said....."plus £1 for postage".....
I said, but its not being posted, I'm collecting it now.
She then said that she couldn't actually give me the ticket because all tickets had to be posted, I couldn't believe it really. She wasn't able to give me any explanation for this which seemed a bit strange.
She told me that I would receive it by Wednesday.
Well the postman has been today but no ticket!
It's no wonder the ticket office gets plenty of complaints with what is going on this season. Our Huddersfield tickets were sent to a wrong address and now this with Watford tickets.

It really is a nonsense. I've always been very supportive of the ticket office but the way they are handling away tickets now is totally unacceptable.
Re Watford
1. I had no option, had to select POST.
2. Had to call in last Friday to collect so I could distribute them on Saturday. I was told they'd only arrived the day before (that's not true) yet mine were in an envelope waiting to be sent out. When I again asked why, I was told they'd better things to do. There was a long queue too with hardly anyone serving. They'd even pulled down the blind and closed the enquiry window.

Post tickets out when purchased for our away games rather than wait til the last minute
If someone wants to collect them when buying online let them
If someone comes in the ticket office and buys tickets and you have them there with you don't be a p***k and tell them you have to post them hand them over
It is a special skill to make something so simple difficult.

New regime in the ticket office. In previous seasons, they've been posted out immediately but those doing it previously are no longer in the ticket office. Now we are told via the ticketing site that: "Our fulfilment team will work through all orders and post tickets out on the week leading up to the game."
I think the fulfilment team might be a young lad who sticks tickets the tickets in and licks then envelopes.

I've spoken to a guy called Duncan on reception who tried to put me through to the ticket office but he couldn't get a response from them either.
This is without doubt a ridiculous state of affairs within the club.
