Should be a great nights action.
For once the four best teams have made it to the conference finals.

I think that's fair, although the Ravens absolutely killed their chances with the whole Lamar contract situation. I'd have fancied them to beat the Bengals with Lamar.

Chiefs v Niners for me.

Hope so, just about to head into the other room to watch it.

The lad's already in there with his Chiefs jersey on and feeling more nervous than he was at Wembley for the playoffs apparently.

My son isn't sure how it's going to pan out.

He said the 49ers have a great defence, but sadly so do the Eagles...

Eagles get 7 but on route get away with a drop on 4th and 10. The catchers reaction was the clue but a quick snap saw the TD.

No chance now for the Niners with the Purdy injury. Penalties galore since the injury.

Eagles advancing on penalty first downs. 49ers need to clean it up, they are defending well.

14-7 Eagles. They must’ve paid these refs some good money tonight.

This is set up for a magical Purdy half time return and comeback win. Niners have no chance with this Johnson fella, unforgivable fumble.

That and the constant delay of game penalties.

Josh Johnson under concussion protocol. Either Purdy plays a very limited game or it’s CMC at QB.

The 49ers have clearly been walking under ladders and breaking mirrors throughout the last 7 days - to lose both Purdy and Johnson and leave McCaffrey looking like he’s going to have to stand in at QB is such bad luck.

That said, the 49ers have been giving penalty after penalty away, and the ill discipline is taking away the superb work the Defense are doing. That roughing the kicker call was bloody harsh though, but their punter has been bobbins.

The roughing the kicker call 89 pushes mason into him. Eagles have been getting away with holding and offsides all night. Looks almost as scripted as WWE at times this sport.

Did he help on the crowdfund for the refs?

I don’t know what’s worse Yanky football or Cricket. Both boring games.

At least Ice Hockey and Rounders have a bit of excitement.

49’rs really unlucky with the quarterback.
Eagles deserved winners.

Bengals and Chiefs great drama.

Probably go with the Eagles for the Super Bowl, just because of their defence. Going to be another close one though.

I agree Mr T - Eagles deserved winners - 49ers losing QB's too much for them unfortunately . The Philly defence played well and will be a handful for the Chiefs .

Will be interesting to see how Patrick Mahomes deals with them . Absolute top class show from him - MVP showing -to beat the Bengals virtually playing on one leg .

I can't believe the eagles opened -1.5 favourite on the handicap !

It's going to be a great game.

I know some heavy duty American gamblers who piled into the Chiefs in the hours after the sportsbook line had been set.

insane tom has 7 superbowls with 10 appearances. only him and peyton won with 2 teams i think. Mahomes at 3 appearances at 27 he could have 6-7 more if the chiefs are managed correctly. Eagles D only allowed 7 in last 2 crunch games tho maybe huge test for mahomes.

KRBFC had some great takes on this thread like always (not)

Rams for superbowl glory, 9ers are bobbins

For fellow fins fans, I'm torn on Tua - think he's a wonderful player but made of glass...

I think the Bengals make the superbowl - if they play the Eagles I have them winning, if they play the 9ers I think they will lose
Make enough commnents about enough players and/or teams and even with little knowledge you'll eventually get one prediction right!

I'm torn on Tua as well, as I suspect most Fins fans will be. I'd expect us to give him a final chance, and upgrade the OL further this offseason (as well as bringing in a reliable backup QB... shame we got rid of Brissett last season as he did really well for the Browns). I'm still confident that if we get our secondary back to normal, with or without Tua we're a challenger next season - especially now with Fangio in charge of the D

watching the pro bowl tag football right now and good to see eli and peyton manning taking it seriously. interesting they are trying new stuff to liven it up. The superbowl should be a close contest with mahomes knowing the situation. I think the eagles may buckle under the pressure of being so great over the last season.
