Bet365 have now got fantasy football, pretty good. I entered the one for today's early fixtures.

Ravens should be strong this year, got absolutely decimated last year with injuries, just need to sort out Lamar's contract.
Rams will be very strong too, Stafford had a really poor opening game, they missed Van Jefferson with injury and OBJ is a huge loss. Von Miller showed his class.

Some shocking game ending kicking dragged the two OT games to their dramatic conclusions.
Fabulous entertainment.

Having watched all 4 of this weekends live games early thoughts are:
1) Bills and Josh Allen looked superb, both sides of the ball. Difficult to gauge Rams as Bills were so good.
2) Pats looked poor. Dolphins deserved to win but didn’t impress me.
3) Vikings were very good. Packers will struggle. Rogers looked lost after losing his two main wide outs.
4) Cowboys were shocking. McCarthy will do well to keep the gig. Bucs impressive.
Washington getting off to a winning start is a bonus.

Giants won on week 1 for the first time since 2016, Saquon Barkley looked like Saquon Barkley his rookie season. Still don’t hold out much hope for the season but baby steps with the new regime. Bills looked very good in LA.

As somebody that has no clue of the NFL can somebody explain why the games are always advertised as “away” @ “home”?

I've got a couple of teams in the fantasy league for the first time this year.

Hope I do better than my team Falcons. They know how to lose a game haha

It comes originally from baseball, where the home team is listed second on the scoreboard because they bat second. The tradition carried over to other American sports.

Just something NFL have always done it's the away team @ the home team.
Looking forward to Burnley @ Preston tomorrow :)

That was a bit scary last night. Im not a doctor but surely he shouldn’t have been on the field in the first place.

Feared the worst last night when they showed that shot of his fingers. Somehow, he was discharged and flew home! Glad he seems to be okay.

The 4 day turn around for TNF games is ludicrous for a league that’s apparently focused on ‘player safety’

They should only be done coming off a bye week (say no TNF weeks 2-5) and now with a 17 game regular season, there should be two bye weeks per team.

Hard watching last night as a Dolphins fan - Tua was clearly not fit to play the game…

Questions about his durability as per but he also should know when to throw the ball away and live another day - he’s too tough for his own good.

Very surprised that he flew back with the team though, usually concussion symptoms/head injuries can take hours to show complications

The Dolphins (with the collusion of the NFL) risked Tua's season, career, health and life over these last two games. The sport needs serious improvement quickly on this.

Too many teams over the past few years have risked their franchise players for little gain and I don't quite understand the thought process of it. Not a chance in hell Tua passed any form of concussion test after his stumble on Sunday and last night just makes it so much worse

At last. Nothing good has happened in Washington since this knob bought the franchise.
Get out and don’t come back.
They said a while ago on PFT that if found guilty of taking money from other owners it would be the end of him. Looks like he’s jumping before he is pushed.

Yay. The only decision they got right was calling their team "football team" for a couple of seasons. Pity they changed that for something pathetic.

Good to hear that someone else on here is a devotee of PFT.
Pity also that jacksonville couldn't hold on in London Sunday. As a seahawks fan with their first two "told you russ had lost it" draft picks, I'm cheering loudly every time denver lose.
Thanks for not "showing us something daniel Jones" , at the weekend.

Vikings @ Bills.
I’ve been obsessed with this game since it came on C4 in 1984. This has to be up there with the greatest last 5 minutes of them all. You couldn’t have scripted it.

Well you could, but it would have been too far fetched to have been believable. That aguerro moment only needed one thing to happen
It would be quite fitting if this now ended in a tie.

The Vikings and Eagles look the two stand out teams so far. The Rams without Odell Beckham and Von Miller look a different side, desperately need Van Jefferson back to ease the load on Cooper.

what a game between the Bills/ Vikings .

As Trevor above the last 5 minutes was off the scale . The unbelievable Justin Jefferson catch on 4th down wow - reviewed plays ,

You could not script the turnarounds in the side you thought would win .

Absolute electric match

Unbelievable game.
Any. Given. Sunday.

Glad the Vikes came away with the dub-it’s a good win their for my Fins who absolutely stomped the Browns to go to 7-3 on the season!

If Terron Armstead, Tua and our two diamond wide outs can keep fit then who knows how far we can go. Fins up

Fins up indeed. Wilson looking like a real good addition as well. We'd be 10-0 if it weren't for Tua being out those 3 games

Ravens will win the SB I think, their offence is so dynamic with Lamar, really wear down a defence, puts huge pressure on the opposing offence to keep possession to give the defence a breather.

personally think the teams in the AFC - chiefs . Dolphins and the Bills are the three best teams so far

in the NFC think the 49ers are the best balanced and will reach the Superbowl

Will be fun to watch

Jimmy G is bobbins, their offensive play calling is a joke too. Deebo is one of the best WRs in the NFL yet they can't get him involved and instead fanny around with him in the backfield when they've just brought in Mccaffrey. Pure talent will get them through most teams, not sure a panicky QB when pressured in the pocket is enough to make the SB.

Well why dump rich bissaccia? He was doing fine with somebody else's squad. Same with houston. They accidentally ended up with a coach that was getting a bunch of journeymen playing well above their expectations, and they bin him.
Josh mcdaniels is a good oc, but seems to generate pisstoffism when elevated to head coach.

Anyway, I'm cheering for the raiders this weekend to help the seahawks get a couple of higher draft picks.

Great to see the NFC-E rising up the rankings again. As a Washington fan this is the one I always have my eye on. With more superbowls, 13, than any other division and every team having at least one, no other division can match that, it was the giant for so long before the recent barren years.
Their combined total is 26-11 but 5 of those defeats were within the division. Could be some good years ahead.

Jimmy G and the 9ers have been to the Super Bowl in 2020 and their defence crumbled (against the Chiefs)

He’s better than given credit for - knows that Shanahan system inside out and executes really well.

To say their offensive play calling is bobbins is just wrong

That offence should be destroying, It's scraping through. Why are they still using Deebo as a running back when they've just brought in CMC.

They’re both dual threats. Kyle’s O has always been dynamic.

It's not very dynamic atm though and they have Mitchell, who got more rushing attempts than CMC last game. Jimmy G targeted Deebo twice all night, with 2 horror passes.

Great game for Washington. A mate of mine is a huge fan. He said it'd be just like them to beat the Eagles.

KRBFC had some great takes on this thread like always (not)

Rams for superbowl glory, 9ers are bobbins

For fellow fins fans, I'm torn on Tua - think he's a wonderful player but made of glass...

I think the Bengals make the superbowl - if they play the Eagles I have them winning, if they play the 9ers I think they will lose

Joe Burrow's year for me

The Rams got absolutely decimated with injuries. Anyone with half a brain can acknowledge that.

I never said the 9ers were bobbins either, just put words into my mouth. I said Jimmy G is bobbins, he is, not surprised they're thriving with Purdy.

The Rams got absolutely decimated with injuries. Anyone with half a brain can acknowledge that.

I never said the 9ers were bobbins either, just put words into my mouth. I said Jimmy G is bobbins, he is, not surprised they're thriving with Purdy.
You said Shanahan’s play calling is ‘a joke’ - to take Mr.Irrelevant to the NFC Champ game (and maybe beyond) suggests that it’s quite the opposite.

All teams get injuries, the rams had no more than anyone else

So I didn't say the 9ers were bobbins then.... Jimmy G was holding that team back.

The Rams won the SB last year, never replaced the retired Whitworth, Stafford and Kupp the best duo last year have missed alot of the season, Van Jefferson missed the first portion of the season, OBJ didn't resign. Even Aaron Donald has been injured since week 15. The entire O line was absolutely decimated.

AFC and NFC Championship time. Hurts and Purdy reenacting their college face off and the relentless Bengals against the Chiefs.

Think it’ll be an Eagles v Bengals Superbowl as much as I want the 9ers to go for 6.
