Will the club allow us to collect the tickets from our ticket office today, to save us queuing up at Wigan?

I've just received an e-mail from the ticket office saying the last lot of tickets were sent out at the back end of last week.

Mine still hasn't arrived.

They suggest contacting them on Thursday if it still hasn't arrived, to arrange reprint and collection at Wigan. This is despite me telling them in my e-mail that I was leaving very early on Thursday morning to go to the Old Trafford Test and would be going straight on to Wigan.

What are the ticket office staff at Wigan going to think if hundreds of Clarets turn up on Saturday for reprints? They're going to think we're tinpot.

Honestly, someone needs to go into our ticket office and give it a good shake-up.

It's also not very fair on the staff at Wigan, why should they get loads of extra work dumped on them due to Burnley's incompetence?

They'll think exactly what Watford thought when they had to do loads and loads of reprints. It's downright shocking.

I did get my Wigan tickets. I've had to go and collect them as I've had to do my Shrewsbury tickets.

Still haven't got ours. If I have to collect reprints on the day once again I won't be going to another away game until things are sorted. Shouldn't have to experience such inconvenience and not knowing the scale of the problem and therefore how early you need to get to ground to collect reprints, which of course is a hassle when you have planned a full day out.

Ticket office didn’t return call yesterday not picking up today………surely couldn’t have been difficult to put two tickets in same envelope on same order and concerned my sons ticket wherever that may be, is the seat next to me.

We are trying, mainly through Leisure who is doing his absolute best. But you are right, it can't carry on like this. We have our next meeting in a couple of weeks and I am going to strongly recommend that we step things up. It's not just ticketing where things are bad but it's ticketing that is being noticed for all these obvious reasons.

I am waiting on 12 tickets being delivered, non have arrived.

Bought on the 1st August and was emailed by the ticket office yesterday to wait til Thursday, who is it in there making this constant **** ups and causing issues for fans wanting to enjoy their day

Unless you mean the Wigan ticket office, Burnley won’t be able to do anything if they have posted yours out, they will tell you to queue for a reprint at Wigan.

Hard to believe it was a better service when it was free.

You could order online and you received them either next day or a max of 2 days later. Now you pay £1 they can't be arsed posting out until last minute and far too many tickets aren't turning up.

I haven't moved for 11 year's so haven't got the problem of maybe multiple addresses in their system this seams to be a problem for some

My tickets including the Wigan ones have come in 2 to 3 days after buying them

Hurrah! My Wigan ticket arrived in today's post.
The letter was postmarked yesterday, despite their e-mail telling me that the final batch were sent out at the end of last week.
I'd been worrying about this for a few days. I was coming round to taio's view that I wouldn't be going to another away match until the ticket office had acquired an acceptable level of competence.
They must know things aren't right. I expect improvements in the very near future.

And for the extra two tickets there's a good chance someone else won't have received all the tickets they ordered and will be told to get reprints at the ground meaning that potentially two people have tickets for one seat. Just spoken to someone who has ordered five tickets against a single order but has only received two tickets.

I am genuinely puzzled how they can get so many orders wrong. Ask for 2 get 1, ask for 5 get 2, ask for 2 get 4. Can they not read a computer screen and place that number in an envelope? Surely it really is that simple?

This has the potential to get very messy on the day. I still haven't received mine. Getting totally beyond the joke is this.

I wouldn't trust our ticket office to run a bath at present. Never mind communicate with Wigan that there's potentially hundreds of tickets to reprint.

Ordered one, not arrived. Wasn't given a choice of post or collect - had i been it would've been collect all day long.

Have to collect a re-print along with potentially hundreds of others who will all be ****** off. Not the perfect place to have hundreds of away fans in a bad mood is it?

Selling tickets for a football match is the most basic thing they have to do. It's ball bouncingly simple. At least it should be.

I’m on the coach tonight and the person sat across from me received his Wigan ticket today. He got a bonus too with three extra tickets in the envelope that he hadn’t ordered.

Just a thought - are the ticket office giving themselves to much to do?

Seem to be selling tickets before they arrive which will then give them a huge backlog to complete. Also, the selection of seats for us as fans is a brilliant addition but it can’t be easy to cross check, assign and then send. Just seems like they’ve set too much on for their current workforce and this potentially is leading to the many mistakes fans are encountering!

Either way, something needs to change as although I’ve been fortunate so far, it’s been ridiculous for others.

That’s the away teams decision and some clubs doubt have the facilities to accept them.

An odd mistake would be ok but these sort of regular problems with the wrong number of tickets being sent out to people is not just unprofessional, but very amateurish and potentially very dangerous from a health and safety point of view at the game. We can only hope that our fans are reasonable on the day and manage to self regulate the system without a lot of aggro. Ps I ordered a ticket for the “front section “ and my ticket is in row k in block ns1. Sounds a long way back to me

We got ours in the middle section (only ones left available) and it’s row DD so god knows how far back we are

Got to say I am really dissappointed with this. Our tickets haven't landed yet, and judging from Bobinho (above), it looks now like we will have to get a reprint for our 5.

This is worse case scenario, however, me, Mrs MBIC and both junior MBIC's and my pal go and get a reprint at Wigan, get inside the ground and there are 5 people there who also claim the same seats.... be interesting to see how stewards sort it out.

It's not like we can just sit elsewhere as it is a sell out.

There are people actively trying to buy and sell tickets on numerous social media platforms. It could get messy.
