I ordered 2 tickets for the back section and got row BB.

That is the back section.

An odd mistake would be ok but these sort of regular problems with the wrong number of tickets being sent out to people is not just unprofessional, but very amateurish and potentially very dangerous from a health and safety point of view at the game. We can only hope that our fans are reasonable on the day and manage to self regulate the system without a lot of aggro. Ps I ordered a ticket for the “front section “ and my ticket is in row k in block ns1. Sounds a long way back to me

Personally I'm more worried that I'll have to queue at Wigan only to be told there's no tickets under my name there.
Has the potential to be an absolute nightmare on Saturday.

I had the exact same thoughts. Luckily ours turned up yesterday but did have Monday's date stamped on the envelope so potentially still a chance yours could arrive today.

I was planning on getting an even earlier train and getting into Wigan for 10am and going the ground then to collect any as I had thoughts of first no ticket available and also a concern just how many might be already queuing nearer to kick off time.

Fortunately my wife's ticket arrived on Friday and mine on Monday. However, I'm alarmed at what I'm reading on this thread. It should be a fundamental process distributing tickets. Wigan, especially around Robin Park on a Saturday afternoon can be a bottleneck and for fans to be queuing up to find a car parking space in the knowledge of then having to queue up for goodness knows how long for their ticket, is quite frankly 'beyond the pale'. It could end up being a potential logistical nightmare.

I had to go to the shop the day before the Luton game to pick up the season tickets (they were never posted), and I'm still waiting for the Wigan tickets.

I don't have time to collect from Wigan on Saturday, will I be able to get some from the ticket office at the Turf today or tomorrow do you think?

I ordered 3 tickets on the first day of sale, only 2 tickets have arrived today, they look to have the clarets number on as a reference and they are not the numbers used when ordered.

My last away day at Huddersfield was also wrong and I had to collect a missing ticket at the game.

No, it's part of the same problem ie difficulty in fulfilling ticket orders for some supporters.

And I take it the missing ticket will be the seat next to the ticket I’ve got as it’s my son’s ticket………

No don't just turn up. Contact the ticket office tomorrow or Friday so they can put you on the reprint list they send to Wigan. It will be the same seat next to you, but someone else may have a ticket for that seat too...if Royal Mail have anything to do with it

I called into the ticket office yesterday as our Wigan tickets hadn’t arrived. I was assured they had been sent out but if they had not arrived by Thursday I was advised to contact the ticket office. They would add our details to a list which was to be sent to Wigan then on Saturday I would collect from Wigan’s ticket office. If the tickets then arrived on Friday they asked I contacted the club again and they would remove me from the list. Both tickets arrived today, thank goodness.

Received one order out of two but not the other. The order I received was made on the Wednesday whereas the tickets purchased on the Monday (first day of sales) haven’t arrived yet!

Can’t be a mix up of addresses either as the ones I’ve received aren’t my tickets but I had them be delivered to me.

My ticket arrived today thankfully.

So my missing ticket still hasn’t appeared, no answer on phone at ticket office, no returned calls having left message, no response to email……

Setting off from The Isle of Man this morning, so hopefully will be able to get to the ticket office this afternoon……if by any chance plane trains delayed, and still no response then guess there’s sod all I can do!
