My ticket arrived a couple of days ago, but the quality of the printing is crap.
It is legible but it looks like it's been knocked off in a back kitchen. My concern is that the turnstile refuse it.

I have a history with tickets. I got a ticket for Boro away years ago, only it was printed on Burnley's home ticket cardboard, and that was turned down. I never did get an apology from the club.

They are very poor quality but as long as the bar code is readable you should be OK.

Have even tried purchasing in the home end but a purchasing history is needed

So my missing ticket still hasn’t appeared, no answer on phone at ticket office, no returned calls having left message, no response to email……

Setting off from The Isle of Man this morning, so hopefully will be able to get to the ticket office this afternoon……if by any chance plane trains delayed, and still no response then guess there’s sod all I can do!

Try speaking to the switchboard rather than pressing the ticket office option.
I had the same problem as you for my Watford ticket and the lady on the swithboard passed on my details to the ticket office and (eventually) someone left me a voicemail saying that my ticket would be re-printed by Watford and to collect there.

Not to mention the disruption to us. It's made a complete balls up of our day. The plan was to go on the train and have a few beers but it's basically pointless now with having to get to the ground early and queue up for reprints.
