Heads up, 4000 point sale is open early probably a mistake it's been open since just before 9, it shouldn't open until 10

They get a lot of stick on here, maybe justifiably so in some cases, but need to give a shout out to young chap (Dane) in the Ticket Office.
Got myself mixed up with email addresses, passwords, etc and could not log in to my account.
He spent as long as it took on the phone and sorted me out.

What are your seat numbers you have been given

My wife was in conversation with a guy from the ticket office late yesterday afternoon and he said there were around 2k tickets left and he expected them to go on general sale. So no panic.

My tickets had my dad's name and address on it. I haven't lived there for over 10 years. I ordered them all with my details and emailed using my email to ask for them to allow me to collect.

Think the rest will go quite quickly once it gets to season ticket holders tomorrow.

Pretty sure there will be some left. I got ours early afternoon and told we had shifted around 2,500. Can't see 2,200 going in a few hours. Hope everyone who wants to go gets sorted.

I've ordered previously and not had an email. I don't think they have the best system in the world.

No numbers on my email for Wigan, but there are for Watford.

You won't have. According to the info from the Club they are now sending tickets out in the week of each game. On behalf of BFC Supporters Group I have contacted the Club to say that leaving the posting of tickets so late may lead to a similar situation which fans faced with the posting of the Huddersfield tickets. I await a response.

You can request them to resend the email. Click on purchase history, find the Wigan v Burnley details, click on the i, then click on resend email.

Worked for me after I didn’t receive any initial confirmation email.

Huddersfield was understandable because of the delays in getting the tickets but it meant me standing outside the turnstiles with tickets for people with us having travelled separately. Being the first match too, it made no difference. But for Watford, when we are not all travelling together, I want to be sorting our tickets out this Saturday before the Luton game. Receiving tickets in the week leading up to the game is going to make it much more difficult.

And like others (except lowbank) there’s nothing about seat numbers on the email I’ve received

You can find the seat numbers allocated in your purchase history. Find the game your bought tickets for and at the end of the line there is an i. Click that and scroll down, Huddersfield tickets I was allocated was what I got. Wigan it gives seat numbers but not row like it did for Huddersfield.

The numbers against mine are over 2200, I guarantee you there is no seat number in that stand like Row A seat 2245

Seat isn't the seat number, it's the number sold.

don't think it is number sold either as I bought these as soon as they went on sale so no idea what the numbers are for

Excited already.
Gave up on PL away games ages ago. Can't wait to be back in the Claret "army" descending on grounds and hoping/expecting to score goals and actually win!
You can stuff your PL, this is much more fun.
We should win the League and then decline on promotion and do it again. I go on for goals, wins and a few beers.
Nobody gives me any money if we get promoted.

I emailed the ticket office this morning, they got straight back to me confirming that they are ready to collect.

Mine hasn't arrived yet.
Thing is, if it hasn't come by Wednesday's post I'm snookered because I'm setting off early Thursday morning for the Old Trafford Test, and going straight from there to Wigan.
If they don't arrive in tomorrow's post I'll give the ticket office a ring.

It won't be a problem if your ticket hasn't been marked as U21.
