All or Nothing - Arsenal - Amazon Prime
Has anyone watched this yet? The previous ones in all sports have been brilliant.
We watched the first episode last night, great insight behind the scenes and gives the players that bit more of a storyline and background to them.
3 episodes available so far on Prime with more out each week.

My son mentioned this to me last week, he said it’s a really good insight at Arsenal. I don’t have prime but will have to see if I can find it anywhere else or hope it comes on a free channel in the near future.

I know why they always choose the big club/brands, but I’d love to see them do one with a smaller club one year.
They feel very bland now.

I must confess, I much preferred the angry Mackems on Netflix - like ag, I do find these bland although I've not looked at the Arsenal one yet.

The speaker experiment went down well .

Watched about 4 episodes so far.
Arteta's team-talks are very basic. Almost Warnock esque
As said above Saka and Ramsdale seem like really nice lads

I've never watched any of these series as I find them quite cringing, and modern professional sports seems a pretty boring environment. But the exception was Sunderland, much more interesting seeing behind the scenes in a crisis (particularly when they'd clearly agreed to have their season filmed in the expectation they'd be fighting to get promoted back to the PL, not relegated again).agreenwood wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 8:31 amI know why they always choose the big club/brands, but I’d love to see them do one with a smaller club one year.

The Sunderland one was the first thing I ever watched when I got access to Netflix 12-18 months ago. Found it absolutely riveting / entertaining/ thought provoking and I watched through it in no time. Having seen that, I think you're then spoiled for any of these subsequent takes on the theme.hetheclaret wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 9:23 amI've never watched any of these series as I find them quite cringing, and modern professional sports seems a pretty boring environment. It seems to me it’s more about them attempting to endear themselves to the common man than owt else.
The Sunderland one however has to go down as one MASSIVE own goal. I actually watched that on the recommendation of someone. Still the only one I have watched apart from the first episode of the man city one.

Because it's real, the anger as things go wrong. Having it cover relegations too made it even better. There is real anger from those fans on occasions and I've been through that so many times watching Burnley.LeadBelly wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 9:32 amThe Sunderland one was the first thing I ever watched when I got access to Netflix 12-18 months ago. Having said that, my Mackem mate just won't watch it and I think it hurt when the Newcastle fans were singing: "We saw you crying on Netflix."
Re: All or Nothing - Arsenal - Amazon Prime
The Sunderland one was great but very car-crash TV. The chairman who changed their famous entry music to some dance tune was something else. I was convinced he must be a character played by a very talented actor.

I loved Chaz.
Re: All or Nothing - Arsenal - Amazon Prime
Plenty of angry Arsenal fans on this one, if that’s your bag. They whine like children every time they lose (or don’t win) a game.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Aug 08, 2022 8:46 amI must confess, I much preferred the angry Mackems on Netflix - like ag, I do find these bland although I've not looked at the Arsenal one yet.

It’s not bad actually , better than the city one though I enjoyed Jose at Spurs and his “ no scratch balls” ht talks .
Ultimately these are corporate branding exercises perfect for your millennials and modern fans . The Sunderland one was best imo , though a different ( and raw) angle of course . Angry Arsenal fans are always worth a watch though !
