How Long Does it Go On

You can't help but notice the tendency for recent threads on a variety of topics, either transfers, individual players or general club matters to descend into a slanging match between those who appreciated the Dyche tenure and those who couldn't wait to see the back of him.
But there must come a point at which we just move on. It's not productive and it's tiresome. It's like the Tories comparing every leader to Thatcher or Utd harking back to Fergie. Gets us nowhere. No winners in it. So let's just leave it. Stop the snide digs at the past regime and get behind Vincent as best we can.

I support the club, managers and players will come and go, but the club will always be there.
Time to embrace an exciting new era under Kompany. what's gone before we can't change, but we can change what the future holds.

Given the fact that this board still revels in old glories, and we constantly reminded of our previous manager's first signings, I suspect it will go on for ages.
I suspect had some posters on this board want Kompany to fail so that the unemployable Dyche will be asked to return after Christmas.
The relegation because we sacked Dyche will become this generation's Torquay match.
Plus, most of the posters need something to complain about because they are retired, divorced and don't understand Netflix

Not sure if you are trolling but that's a prime example of the type of thing I'm talking about. Just have a talk to yourself and move on.

People on here will tell us their views on any former Burnley employee. Look at the Weghorst thread - I posted a bit about his first match at Besiktas which I thought would be of interest and off it went into a discussion on his abilities or lack of them, conversations we've had before.
I could just say for example 'Cotterill' ........
